Grease Gun Accessories

Suction offers various high-quality grease gun accessories, which make maintaining grease guns easy and efficient. Our grease gun accessories include the patented smart air-pocket releasing valve, multi-purpose grease, flexible nylon hoses, spouts, nozzles, grease fittings, and accessories for manual transfer grease pumps. They can be used on most grease guns on the market with a coupler fitting metric 1.0.

The patented A-407 smart air-pocket releasing valve can be installed on the grease gun head or the spout to purge the air that is trapped in the tube and spout and blocking the grease.

Suction’s lithium grease is available in paper, plastic, and Jiabara type bellow tubes. The lithium grease available in paper and plastic cartridges is N.L.G.I. grade #2 and the lithium grease in the Jiabara type bellow cartridge is N.L.G.I. grade #1.

We also manufacture two types of flexible high-preassure nylon hoses with a coupler. Each model is available in different lengths, ranging from 9” (23 mm) to 18” (46 mm). AW-401 has also a coil spring to ensure a non-slip and push-pull grip and to prevent accidental hose kinking.

Three types of spouts are available: simple, standard and needle. The simple spouts without the coupler are available in three different lengths ranging from 115 mm (4.5”) to 450 mm (18”); they can be used on Suction’s grease guns such as standard and heavy duty Jiabara type grease guns. The standard 172 mm (7”) long spouts have a grease coupler and can be used on, for example, Suction’s air-operated grease guns, lever grease guns, Jiabara type grease guns and standard pistol-grip grease guns. Needle spouts are available in 86 mm (3.4”) and 265 mm (10”) and for Suction’s mini grease guns such as A-210 mini pistol-grip grease gun. The needle spouts are ideal for contacting flush-type and hard-to-reach grease fittings.

Suction manufactures different couplers, including profi-nozzles and needle nozzles. Profi-nozzles are available in different designs, including 4 jaws, 3 jaw heavy duty, 3 jaw 360 swivel, and slide-on 90°. Needle nozzles are also available in different designs, including standard, tapered, rubber, and injector.

Suction’s grease couplers (grease fittings) are excellent links for the grease connector and available in different angles, ranging from standard to 90°.

Besides the above accessories, the bearing packer from Suction is for clean and efficient grease filling and the quick grease refilling plate provides an easy way to load grease into the tube of a grease gun. An 8 pieces combination kit contains spouts with different nozzles and a nylon hose adapter.
